A self-development companion
Four questions each morning, answered in your own words. One honest read on the day ahead. Then it gets out of your way.
THIS MORNING
PRIMED
“Short night, but you’re steadier than you sound.”
Wearables gave us data and left us to interpret it. So we check, and check again, and slowly learn to trust a sensor over ourselves — until a bad reading can make a good morning feel worse than it is.
Integro takes a position instead. One read, one direction, once a day. There is nothing to graze on: no streaks, no badges, no notification asking you to come back. The compulsive re-open is the thing we are trying to end, not the thing we are trying to earn.
The ritual
Four questions, answered out loud in your own words. No sliders, no scores to game, no forms to fill.
One number and one sentence about the day ahead. Never flattering, never alarming — and never something you didn’t say.
A short brief you can return to if you want it. Then nothing until tomorrow morning.
After the morning
Once the morning is done, Integro settles into a brief you can return to whenever you need it — and a companion you can simply talk to, in text or out loud, for as long as the day needs.
TODAY’S BRIEF
TRAINING
Full session is on. Don’t chase a record.
MIND
Your clear window is early. Spend it on the hard thing.
RECOVERY
Protect tonight’s window. Nothing heavy after eight.
TALKING
A sample exchange, playing on its own. The real one answers from your own morning.
Grounded, not guessed
Every directive is grounded in a curated registry of named authorities — each trusted only inside their own field, never across all of them. Where there is no trustworthy source for a question, Integro says less rather than inventing more. It will tell you what a suggestion rests on when you ask; it won’t recite a citation every time it speaks.
What today can carry, and what it can’t.
Sleep, load, and the cost of yesterday.
Where your attention will actually go.
Over time the authorities recede and your own record becomes the source — nine of your last ten mornings, not a distant name.
Where this goes
The body is where we begin because it answers honestly every morning — sleep, load, and what yesterday actually cost you are measurable, and they move first. But functioning well as a whole person was never only physical. What you carry in your head, who you carry it with, and what any of it is for belong in the same picture.
So Integro is built to widen — deliberately, one dimension at a time, and only when each one can be done honestly rather than gestured at. A companion that knows you across every part of your life, arriving in the order we can actually earn.
There is no leaderboard here, and no one else’s number to reach. The only comparison that has ever meant anything is to yourself — yesterday, a month ago, three years ago. How far have you come against you?
